Having arrived in the Hebrides, John sets off to some of the more remote islands for a spot of exploring
It’s an early start for John and Fionn in the latest instalment of Celtic Crusade, as our intrepid travellers look to make the most of the ideal conditions for exploring the Hebrides.
After dropping anchor off the coast of Iona, the pair deploy their inflatable tender to head inland and discover this religious sanctuary and its royal burial grounds.
Back on Shark Bay, John’s Sealine S34, they cruise north to the spectacular Fingal’s Cave and cautiously nose in for a closer look.
Following a quick fuel stop at Tobermory, Fionn spots a shipwreck off the coast of Rum, and the team end the day on the remote island of Canna.
Climbing up to the highest point, John treats us to a breathtaking 360-degree view before calling it a night.
