First images of Jeanneau's exciting new 42 foot sportscruiser
These are the first images of Jeanneau’s exciting new 42 foot sportscruiser. Fitted with Volvo’s efficient IPS500 pod drives, it should be unusually quick, frugal and easy to manoeuvre for a boat of this size.
Knowing Jeanneau it will also represent excellent value for money when prices are announced later in the year. As with other Sport Tops in the Prestige range, the area under the hard top is not closed off with a set of aft patio doors and retains the style and feel of an open cockpit thanks to a large opening sunroof overhead. The saloon and galley are below decks, separating the two generous en-suite cabins.
A large porthole set into the starboard side should ensure a great view out from the full beam master cabin. Sunbeds fore and aft, a large bathing platform and an unusual tender locker in the transom aim to keep watersports fans happy too.
