Just getting into Depoe Bay Harbour in Oregan would make most skippers blanch
There can’t be too many tougher approaches than this – a frantic gunning through the narrow channel that leads to Depoe Bay Harbour in Oregon.
Said to be the world’s smallest harbour, the entrance is a narrow, wave-channeling terror ride with big rocks either side ready to catch out the unlucky.
We spotted these videos via US boating magazine Soundings, and couldn’t resist sharing them here, and showing you how this approach should be done – and how it shouldn’t.
