Punters brave the weather for a taste of luxury
Sunseeker Sales Group’s open weekend proved a success with more than 150 people attending, despite the wet weather.
Held at the Poole premises of Sunseeker Sales Group, the two-day event saw five motor yachts confirmed sold, organisers say.
Visitors had the opportunity to view an extensive collection of new and used Sunseekers and take part in sea trials.
Also present were Team Sunseeker, Sunseeker Sales Group’s P1 powerboat race team, with their race boat, a race version of the Sunseeker XS2000.
There was the chance to enter a competition to win a place for four on a Powerboat P1 experience days. The competition was won by Sunseeker owner Rob Ellis from Poole.
Other exhibitors included Henri Lloyd, Alpine Electronics, Barclays Marine Finance, Marina Developments, Coleman Insurance Brokers, Boston Whaler, Williams Performance Tenders, Marine Electronic Services and Boat Butler.
A selection of cars were on display from Poole Audi, and Aston Martin and Bentley from Broughtons.
Dominic Byrne, managing director at Sunseeker Sales Group (SSG), says: “Our unique open weekend was a huge success, enabling visitors to find out the benefits of Sunseeker ownership.
“Ongoing commitment to customer service combined with product quality, design and range diversity has proved to be a winning combination at our open weekend resulting in boats being purchased and an increase in interest by both existing and prospective customers.”
