One of the luxury yacht manufacturer's biggest distributors plans expansion.
Sunseeker Sales Group managing director Dominic Byrne and finance director Steven Foot have led a management buy-out of the company.
Funded by The Royal Bank of Scotland, the deal transfers ownership of Sunseeker Sales UK from its German parent company, Sunseeker Europe.
Sunseeker Sales Group is exclusive distributor of the Sunseeker range in the UK, and also distributes and sells the Sunseeker range in the Balearics, Spain, France, Turkey and Malta through its own subsidiaries or through other dealers.
Foot said: “Allowing us to regain our independence is a major step forward, and with our planned investment and expansion across the group will strengthen our position and facilities in existing and new territories.”
