German-based Sunseeker Europe has acquired UK Sunseeker agent, Sunseeker Sales Group based in Poole, Dorset.
Sunseeker Europe (formerly Sunseeker Germany) based in Bad Oeynhausen, has acquired UK Sunseeker agent, Sunseeker Sales Group based in Poole, Dorset. Both parties declined to comment on the acquisition but said an official statement would be released early next week.
Sunseeker Europe has orders for more than a third of the total output of Sunseeker International, and as a general importer in Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Malta, Switzerland, Norway, Finland, Latvia, Austria, Croatia, Czechia, Russia, Slovenia, Hungary, Brazil, Japan and United Arab Emirates, is the largest Sunseeker purchaser worldwide.
Sunseeker Sales is headquartered next door to Sunseeker International in Poole, UK and additionally has sales bases in the Ballearics and mainland Spain. Its proportion of sales of Sunseekers is undefined, but the company claims to be the largest Sunseeker agent in the world, leading to the supposition that a newly merged group will control in excess of two-thirds of the boatbuilder’s production.
Sunseeker International’s sales for the current year are anticipated to exceed GBP 125 million.
