And more expansion planned for North Africa
Sunseeker Sales Group have announced positive growth two years after the management team negotiated a successful buy-out.
The firm has a 100% increase in sales, a 35% rise in staff levels and an expanding client base as a result of opening five new European-based offices.
Following the management buy-out, led by managing director, Dominic Byrne (pictured left) and finance director Steven Foot (right), the group’s strategy and team have taken the company to the next level of excellence, said a statement from the firm.
New investment and focus has included the development of client services. 2006 witnessed the launch of the brokerage operation, Sunseeker Brokerage, which they say has become the biggest brokerage globally dedicated to Sunseeker motor yachts, enabling customers to sell as well as purchase a boat.
The group has also expanded its special owner events programme.
As well as distributing and selling the Sunseeker range in the Balearics, Costa del Sol, France, Turkey and Malta through its own subsidiaries or through other dealers, Sunseeker Sales Group has added a further five new offices in Palma, Alcudia, Sotogrande, Puerto Banus and Southampton to its portfolio creating more than 25 new jobs.
There is also a planned expansion programme throughout North Africa in 2008.
The RYA-approved Sunseeker Sea School has also experienced increasing numbers of owners taking courses to enhance their boating skills.
