Mini-reviews of the Jeanneau Leaders, Beneteau Swift Trailer 34, Sealine F46 and Sunseeker Predator 60
Motor Boats Monthly has sifted, sieved and scrutinised every noteworthy vessel at the PSP Southampton Boat Show to bring you a selection of what we think are the most exciting launches. We start with Jeanneau’s new Leader range, but follow the links below to see 360° images and write-ups of other boats at the show.
Jeanneau reshuffle shows good leadership
Traditionally it’s left til the spring, but Jeanneau has gone for a real clean up during the last throws of summer. Following on from its Prestige model re-brand for its larger flybridges and sportscruisers, its mid-range boats will now fall into two distinct Merry Fisher and Leader categories.
The sportsfisher-styled Merry Fisher range will now run from a 5.8m craft to the newly launched 10m flybridge, while the Leader brand has been expanded to include three sportscruisers between 26ft and 34ft – the single-engined Leader 8, the single or twin-engined Leader 9 and the twin-engined Leader 10 (the largest two models coming with new and very bright hardtop designs).
Leader 8 – £73189; Leader 9 – £120,647; Leader 10 – £164,183
Look out for a more complete write-up in the November issue of MBM, out 15 October.
