Fun rally from Ireland to France and Spain
The organisers of the Celtic Goodwill Raid are encouraging anyone interested to register and reserve their place for 2008.
The raid enjoyed a boost at the Collins Stewart London Boat Show with 128 new members signing up. Places on the raid are given on a first-come, first-served basis.
The raid starts in Ireland and covers the Celtic coasts of the British Isles, France and Spain.
Those taking part, sailors and motoroboaters, can join for individual legs or the whole thing.
Stop-offs are timed to coincide with local maritime festivals or events. There is a great emphasis on social activities and full support is given for all levels of boating experience.
