The new dry stack at Premier Marinas Swanwick will be able to hold boats measuring up to 11 metres long
Swanwick Marina on the Hamble has announced that its new dry stack facility will be taking boats measuring up to 11 metres.
Added as part of a £5.8 million redevelopment project from parent company Premier Marinas, the dry stack is now available to customers and can hold up to 80 boats.
Prices start at £42 per month, with boats measuring more than eight metres paying an extra £1.75 per month.
Boatowners using the dry stack can have their vessel launched with just one hour’s notice between the hours of 9am and 5pm, seven days a week.
Andy Osman, manager at Swanwick Marina, said: “We’re excited about this new service as it offers a safe and secure solution to storing motorboats or RIBs.
“Cheaper than a marina berth, it is a great alternative to towing and launching, and gives boat owners almost instant access to their boat, seven days a week.”
Premier Marinas has eight properties on the south coast of England, including Brighton Marina and Gosport Marina.
