Linden Homes, which renovated and restored the Grade II-listed property, confirmed the freehold has been sold to a Southampton business Ideal Leisure and will once again open its doors as a pub.
Ideal Leisure also run the White Star Tavern and Dining Rooms in Oxford Street, Southampton, voted Restaurant of the Year South East last year.
