Pearl Motor Yachts are introducing what they claim is the UK’s first three year motor yacht warranty.
All 2008 models, including the newly launched Pearl 50 and Pearl 60 flagship, will come with a comprehensive three year warranty as standard.
Iain Smallridge, Pear’s managing director said it reflected confidence in the brand: “Pearl’s after sales service has always been vital to the long and successful relationship it has with its customers.
“We’re now taking this a stage further by offering our customers the first ever three year warranty as part of wider objective of delivering extraordinary customer satisfaction.”
Generally manufacturers offer one year on new models. Azimut have a five year warranty on their hulls alone and some US firms offer “limited” extended warranties on some hulls too.
