For Azimut customers island-wide
Opal Marine have announced the formation of a new Spanish company, Opal Marine S.L., with headquarters in new waterfront offices in Palma, Mallorca.
There is a further sales and service facility at Pollensa, in the north of the island.
“Full after sales support will be delivered island-wide by Opal Marine’s team of highly experienced engineers backed by Azimut’s industry leading product support team,” they say.
The Palma office is situated directly on Palma’s busy waterfront, the Paseo Maritimo, adjacent to all the major marinas, Port de Mallorca, Club de Mar, Alboran and the Real Club Nautico.
“It is so easy for customers to find, right in front of the famous auditorium and with its own car park for 120 cars, there are none of the problems associated with visiting the busier marina locations,” says Chris Lowther, one of the two local managers (the other being Guy Norrish).
Commenting on this expansion, MD Mark Cavendish says: “I am delighted that we can now offer our clients a Mediterranean base to complement our UK operations which will enable us to give the highest level of sales and after sales service to our customers.”

The offices will be officially opened during the Palma boat show in April where Opal will be exhibiting the Azimut range in conjunction with Spanish importer, Hnos. Berga and Global Marine.
