Brian Peters: "More news in next 24 hours".
Brian Peters, chairman of PetersOpal, one of Europe’s biggest boat dealers, declined to offer comment today on persistent industry rumours that his company had gone into administration.
He told MBM that it would not be appropriate to comment on the speculation, but did say that more news about the state of the company would be made available “in the next 24 hours”.
The rumours hinting at strife at the boat dealer come on the back of a shock move by Sealine in July to terminate its distribution contract with PetersOpal.
