Sunbird International has opened a new Monte Carlo Yachts brokerage at Hamble Point Marina
Motoryacht brokerage Sunbird International has opened a new office at Hamble Point Marina to expand its Monte Carlo Yachts distribution network.
The new Monte Carlo Yachts brokerage is the second Sunbird sales base in the UK, joining to the firm’s existing office in Ardrossan, North Ayrshire.
As well as distribution of Monte Carlo Yachts models, the new office will provide support and service for existing Sunbird customers.
Sunbird claims that Monte Carlo Yachts is the fastest-growing brand in the 60-100ft motoryacht market.
Although Monte Carlo Yachts is part of the Beneteau Group, all models are built in the Italian town of Monfalcone.
Simon Limb, director at Sunbird, said: “A Solent base is strategically important for us and Hamble Point Marina places us at the heart of this important market.”
The newest Monte Carlo Yachts model, the MC6, is due to be launched on 17 January at the 2015 Boot Dusseldorf Boat Show.
