The July issue of Motor Boat & Yachting includes tests of the Bénéteau ST30, Azimut Magellano 66 and Overblue 44 plus we have a stabiliser special
The July 2016 issue of Motor Boat & Yachting hits the shelves today packed with the latest news, boat tests, cruising stories and technical advice.
Trawlers are in fashion at the moment and we test two in this issue in the form of the Azimut Magellano 66 and, at the other end of the scale, Bénéteau’s tough little Swift Trawler 30.
If you want something a little out of the ordinary then our other two tests of the bonkers Overblue 44 and stylish Brioni 44 should keep you happy.
The New Tech section includes a special on stabilisers and we have the first test of Sleipner’s ground-breaking curved stabiliser fins.
On the cruising front Peter Cumberlidge proves that you don’t need a big boat to enjoy some stunning cruising destinations, we have the second part of of MBY reader Thomas Kittel’s trip up to Norway on his Marlow plus we have the story of Hugo Peel who took his Paragon 31 on a 900-mile round trip from The Solent to Scotland and back.
On the used boat front we challenged our market expert Nick Burnham to find us a 60ft cruiser for around £300,000 and our star Used Boat this month is the Bénéteau Gran Turismo 38.
Enjoy the issue and be sure to check out all of our videos.
