"will establish new standards in the sector"
Absolute Yachts have released early news of their upcoming model, a 21m flagship with three cabins which is due to be presented at the Cannes Boat Show in September.
“The vessel is designed to establish new standards in the sector with state-of-the-art materials and design, and considerable focus on liveability,” they say.
The owner’s and VIP cabins will feature lounges with sweeping windows and the interior space enhanced by using a mix of woods, varnishes, steel and glass.
“The exterior is also a perfect blend of functionality and sheer beauty,” Absolute continue, “with solutions that make for seamless communication between the various areas: this can be seen in the dual passageway in the bridge area and in the electrically operated side doors that give easy and immediate access to the bows directly from the steering area.”
The saloon area features a “home theatre system”, which includes a large-format screen that can be viewed from the stern.
The saloon also boasts a large retractable roof.
The manufacturers say the bow area “is devoted to relaxation”.
“A U-shaped sofa blends into the sun pad, creating a generously sized area for sunbathing or enjoying an aperitif from the incorporated refrigerator.”
They go on: “The large sofa in the cockpit, with a bar unit and boat grill, offers total versatility.”
At the stern the craft features a hydraulic platform, tender storage and access to a two-person crew cabin.
Absolute conclude: “As in the rest of the range, technology naturally plays a fundamental part: exclusive innovations will be included on board the Absolute 70.
“These will be the most exciting surprises when the jewel in Absolute Yachts’ crown is unveiled.”
