MRL announced as new dealer
MRL have announced that they will broker Redbay’s range of tough, no nonsense RIBs.
They will cover England, Wales and the Channel Islands from their base in Southampton where they already import Stingher and Predator Ribs as well as Cigarette Offshore powerboats.
Redbay have been building boats in Northern Ireland since 1977 and introduced the rugged Stormforce branch of the company in 1993.
Tom Mc Laughlin director of Redbay boats says: “We are very happy to appoint MRL as our official dealer.
“The boats will still be built at our factory in Northern Ireland so that we have consistency in build quality.
“They will then be distributed by MRL through their Southampton office and dealers within the area. This in turn allows us to further strengthen our excellent back up for service or warranty work.”
Edward Pedley CEO of MRL says: “Were looking for a range of Commercial RIBs that did not clash with our Stingher and Predator range and offered the same in quality and hull design.
“I had previously seen the Redbay range and was extremely impressed with the quality and seaworthiness of their craft.”
