Weather, events and online features
Following a number of sunny weekdays, which
have led to disappointing weekends recently, the forecast shows the next two
days should be perfect for those planning to head out on the water. Temperatures
are expected to reach 17 degrees inland, with Southampton seeing 15 degrees
tomorrow – only a few digits less than what’s forecast in the Mediterranean.
The sun will cover the whole of the UK, with only a little mist expected over
East Anglia tomorrow morning.
If you’re still in the process of fitting
out for the season, it might be a good idea to check out Neale Byart’s practical
step-by-step video of how to antifoul your
boat.
With the clocks going forward this Sunday,
and the red diesel issue put to rest for the time being, thanks to yesterday’s
interview between MBM’s Sue Pelling and the RYA’s Gus Lewis (see the video here), it is officially time to get
excited about heading out on the water.
Incase you missed them; the video of the Flipper 630HT is online, as are our best boating photos and the lighthouse
gallery.
