London’s newest boat show is set to expand in 2016, with a new identity and brokerage partner
The organisers of the London Yacht, Jet & Prestige Car Show have revealed plans for their 2016 follow-up, which will see the St Katharine Docks exhibit rebranded as the London On-Water Yacht & Boat Show.
Following a successful inaugural year, the show will be expanding to take up much more of the docklands marina, with more than 60 used boats on due to go display from online brokerage firm Yachtworld.
Vessels for sale will range in length from 10m-40m, the organisers added, although larger vessels can be accommodated on the visitor’s berth outside St Katharine Docks.
What’s more, the four-day event will be shifted a month later than in 2015 and run from Wednesday May 4 to Saturday May 7.
The On-Water Boat Show will be run in parallel with the London Yacht Jet & Prestige Car Show and Prestige London, which will be returning to Old Billingsgate.
In a statement, the organisers added: “London On-Water will feature high-quality yachts and boats of all varieties for sale or charter, together with shore-side displays and entertainment.”
Advance tickets to the 2016 London On-Water Yacht & Boat Show are on sale now, with prices starting at £18 per adult.
