There's a marine focus for this year's British Leisure Show at Windsor Racecourse
Now in its second year, the 2011 British Leisure Show (BLS) is shaping up to be a particularly interesting prospect for boaters.
Showcasing the top British offerings in food, motoring, outdoor pursuits and leisure-themed activities, the BLS opens on Friday 11 March at Windsor Racecourse. This year’s Velos Boats & Watersports Zone boasts some tempting offerings aimed at those in the market for a new boat as well as people who simply fancy a browse.
The biggest boat at the show so far is a Sealine 35SC from Penton Hook Marine but you can also lust after Bayliner, Chris-Craft and Sessa boats from Bates Wharf, fishers from Sportique, and Cove Fisher, Pro Fisher and Grew sportsfishers from Cove Marine.
Lindon Lewis is also exhibiting products including Sloop, Kruger,
Polar Kraft, Walkerbay Dinghies, Sunsport Inflatables, Mariner and
Mercury boats and outboards. You can even try your hand at a spot of canoeing if you feel so inclined.
The show runs from Friday 11 March to Sunday 13 March, from 10am to 5pm. Call 01753 743915 to book tickets.
