More details have emerged of the upcoming Hunton XRS52 – the first model to emerge from the Hampshire boatyard for almost a decade
Hunton Powerboats has released further information about its upcoming new model – the Hunton XRS52.
More than a decade in planning, the new speedster was officially announced over the weekend at the 2015 Boot Dusseldorf Boat Show (17-25 January).
And although the finished product won’t be ready for public viewings until 2016, there are still plenty of tasty details for us to get excited about.
A choice of twin or triple engines, with petrol or diesel propulsion, will give a breakneck top speed of 65 knots.
The superstructure will be available in a choice of hardtop or open cockpit, with a variety of modular seating options.
And below decks, Hunton XRS52 owners will get two cabins, both with their own en-suite bathrooms.
Further details are due to be released before the end of the year, with a source close to Hunton promising “something big for the summer”.
As well as these tantalising images (above), visitors to the Dusseldorf Boat Show can view the current flagship model in the Hunton range, the XRS43. Head to stand 6A28, and prepare to drool over the Aston Martin of the seas.
