Grab a parrot, hack off a leg and give your motorboat the DIY pirate makeover
If you’ve always fancied yourself as more Captain Jack Sparrow than Captain Birdseye then take heart from this adventourus boatowner.
Captain Tim Woodson built the Gypsy Rose pirate ship in just 70 days.
Woodson used wooden planks to create a distinctive prow around his 77 Carver Mariner before adding a mast, sails and an authentic-looking pirate’s steering wheel.
