Honda has revealed the dates and venues for its 2003 calendar of events for the popular 4-Stroke Series
The record-breaking Honda Formula 4-Stroke series has released its official 2003 grand prix calendar and confirmed it will be repeating the successful four-nations concept launched in 2002. For the second consecutive year, the ten-round, five-event race season will include grands prix events in North Ireland, Wales, England and Scotland with the final showdown at the famed Honda Cowes Classic, Isle of Wight.
Visiting Bangor (Northern Ireland), Largs (Scotland) and Abersoch (Wales) and Plymouth, there will be no shortage of great venues.
“A lot of thought has gone into the 2003 Honda Formula 4-Stroke calendar,” comments Martin Sanders, General Manager, Power Equipment, Honda (UK). “Bangor and Largs are both popular venues with beautiful settings, excellent spectator platforms, good facilities and bad weather contingencies. Cowes has an unrivalled powerboating heritage and is a gruelling final test for the teams.”
