Honda has announced it is to continue its support of the Four-Stroke racing series in 2003. It also intends to remain similarly associated beyond that date.
“2002 saw the Honda Four-Stroke series continue to grow,” commented Martin Saunders, General Manager, Power Equipment, Honda (UK). “For Honda racing is in the blood, the foundation block of the largest engine manufacturer in the world and the very heart of our product development. The series has come a long way in four years. It was our original mission to prove the durability of our high-powered marine outboards and this has evolved into an all encompassing travelling showcase for all our leading products.”

Honda’s extended involvement is bolstered by far reaching plans for the Formula Four-Stroke Association to develop a colourful programme of support activities that will create a festival atmosphere around 2003 travelling spectacular.
