Galeon has two new models appearing in the UK for the first time at the 2019 Southampton Boat Show: the 335 HTS and its bigger sister the 425 HTS.
The Galeon 425 HTS’s layout is interesting because it has a sheltered upper saloon but a galley down layout with a small dinette opposite.
On deck there is a decent wetbar adjacent to the main dinette, but with a teak deck and water-resistant upholstery this is definitely classed as an outdoor space with the plush carpets and proper cooking facilities below.
The cockpit seating is incredibly flexible and it can even convert into a sunpad to supplement the sunbathing space on the foredeck.
Galeon is always known for being generous with the engine options and there are six to choose from here, including one petrol, four diesel shaftdrive options and an IPS alternative.
Most of the larger ones should be good for at least 30 knots.
