A youngster who was seen in video footage speeding on the Thames has been brought to task by eagle-eyed forumites
A youngster who was seen in video footage speeding on the Thames in a 5mph zone has been brought to task by eagle-eyed forumites.
When forumites on the Thames Forum spotted footage on YouTube of the boat speeding near Shepperton they quickly used their detective skills to find the culprit.
The young man has since owned up to the offence and has issued an apology.
The videos have been removed from YouTube.
