The union two years ago between the Porsche Design Studio and top-end builder Fearless set pulses racing and results so far justify that reaction fully. The brand’s 28 came with a 525hp Mercury V10 powerplant and a top speed of around 70 knots. As US commentators correctly pointed out, it hauled some ass.
The claimed performance of the new 68 is just as mouth-watering. The boat carries twin 1,500hp MTU engines coupled with Rolls-Royce waterjet drives.
The owner can opt for two or three cabins, as well as a series of technical gadgets, such as an i-Pod docking station allied to special soundproofing so that you can hear your music at high speeds.
Fearless have a 125-footer lined up for 2009 and a monster 150-footer for 2010.
