Budding boatbuilders can now buy the former Sealine factory and its premises, which are valued at £580,000*
We knew it was coming but it still makes us a little sad to know that Sealine Kidderminster is no more, as both the factory and its premises are up for sale.
Potential buyers can purchase “as a whole or in parts” and the site has been conveniently divided up into three sections to help buyers make their decision (pictured).
The assets are being sold by administrators Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP, into whose hands Sealine was placed earlier this year before being rescued by the German Hanse Group in July.
So if you are looking for premises in a “prominent location” and within an “employment corridor” with a main building reaching 8.9 metres into the eaves and “substantial cranage to all main bays”, then go to www.sealinekidderminster.co.uk and download a brochure.
*The price of £580,000 is the valuation for business rates: asking price on request.
