Watch out for a fraudster on the loose
Pearl Motor Yachts is advising boaters and brokers to beware of a conman posing as its production director, Paul Hannah.
According to Pearl, the man is offering to buy vessels for cash, possibly as part of a money laundering operation. The company advises that anyone contacted by someone calling himself Paul Hannah should clarify the man’s identity with Pearl Motor Yachts before conducting any transaction.
Pearl has issued the attached photograph of the real Paul Hannah, and also advises that its web address is www.pearlmotoryachts.com and not www.pearlmotoryachts.co.uk
