Woman discovered by nature enthusiasts
A body was been found in the water off the Norfolk coast on Wednesday afternoon, after seal spotters alerted the RNLI.
The Wells-next-the-Sea lifeboat in north Norfolk was called out at about 3pm to a spot near Blakeney Point, where the crew recovered the body of a woman in her 60s, named by Norfolk Constabulary as Margaret Read.
A police spokesman said that formal identification had yet to take place but the woman was thought to be Margaret Read, who had been reported missing and was last seen in Norwich on Friday 21 February.
