Classy steel gentleman's cruiser
The Boarncruiser 60, previewed in MBY August (published 5 July), will be unveiled at the Amsterdam boat show HISWA this autumn.
The steel boat is the latest of a new retro line from De Boarnsteam in Holland and will be accompanied by a 43-footer.
The company say: “This Classic gentleman’s motor yacht has been designed in such a way that space and privacy stand together. Because of the detached steering installation the wheel house is drawn into the saloon, giving a nice open plan effect and additional light. Style and luxury stand together in the interior. In the large saloon you will find comfortable sofas, and a big eating area in combination with an open plan galley fitted with modern equipment.
“The owner’s cabin aft, can be equipped as you wish, and includes a spacious bathroom, air conditioning, audio video equipment and a large peninsular double bed. The third cabin is situated amidships with two single berths, which can be joined to form a double bed. Even this cabin has its own bath room and the entry to the engine room is also in this cabin.
“The Retro Line can be equipped as per your wishes and is also available in aluminium which means, in combination with larger engines, a higher speed.”
