Sunseeker will have two new boats at the PSP Southampton Boat Show
With the PSP Southampton Boat Show under a month away we thought it was about time to show you what new boats you can expect to see at Mayflower Park.
Let’s start with Sunseeker, who usually has something interesting being launched via an outburst of patriotic fanfare and dancing girls.

This year there is the Manhattan 65 which, as you may have guessed, is an update of the Manhattan 63 launched at the same show three years ago. It gets Sunseeker’s updated hull window pattern and a wider saloon, although the 63 was a boat where space never felt at a premium.

IPS1200 remains, making for punchy performance and hilariously agile handling for something that is as near as makes no difference 70ft long.
Of slightly more interest perhaps is the 86 Yacht (pictured top). After some internal battles as to whether it could build a dedicated long-distance trawler yacht the 86 is the result.
It is unmistakably a Sunseeker, in fact you may even mistake it for the 28 Metre at a glance, but with a shallower hull and large fuel tanks as standard it’s more about slow-speed comfort and range than outright speed. Although it will still get close to 30 knots with either of the MTU engine options.
See both boats on stand C080.
