An extra day in Guernsey to explore and enjoy the island
All the MBM cruising club participants were called to a briefing yesterday at 6pm to discuss today’s plans, but as Neale Byart (Cruising Club leader) announced the fact that the weather would keep us here an extra day, the crowds cheered and were soon back enjoying wine and Champagne on board their boats.

Being stuck in Guernsey an extra day is not all bad, with the shops, museums and services open for everyone to explore.
The live bands for Liberation Day continued into the evening yesterday and this was followed by a grand firework display which served as great entertainment for the Cruising Club participants.
Today we look forward to enjoying our final day in Guernsey before hopefully leaving for our next destination tomorrow.
