A relaxing afternoon in St Helier Marina, and the weather is warming up too
Since we have tied up in St Helier the MBM team have been tending to various jobs onboard fleet boats. Tightening sternglands, looking at a domestic water leak and fixing a DSC VHF radio to name but a few.
The sun made a welcome appearance in the basin this afternoon and it has been mild enough to be walking about in short sleeves, and shorts for our hardy Guernsey-man Richard. Crews have ventured into town, were washing off the salt from their decks or simply sat back in their cockpits taking it all in in. This afternoon the crew of La Dolce Vita were giving fishing tips to their neighbours onboard Sabre.
Everyone is looking forward to their rest day in Jersey tomorrow and dinner St Helier Yacht Club.
