Get a new perspective on your next adventure afloat with this supremely portable, lightweight 360 camera. The DokiCam’s dual fish-eye lenses capture 3K video and 4K photos and the unit can stream live footage and upload instantly to social media.
A whole lot of fun in a tennis-ball-sized package, the DokiCam is a really handy portable action cam and hardy enough to withstand the knocks and spray involved in days out at sea. The three-button operation makes it easy for anyone to use and its IP54 rating makes it dust and water resistant. There is an additional plastic housing you can purchase if you want full waterproofing for underwater shots and footage.
A really simple way fantastic to document your cruising – the DokiCam can upload video to social media platforms at the click of a button.
There are four shooting modes; tiny planet, VR, fish-eye and 360 hemisphere and the DokiCam can be head-mounted, hand-held or mounted to a tripod, rail or helmet. Versatile, portable and rugged – the DokiCam can be used on board, on bikes, hikes and on all sorts of outdoor adventures so is great for outdoors lovers.
On test, battery life proved excellent and construction was pleasingly robust. While serious videographers may prefer higher res video, the DokiCam’s 3K was solid enough, especially at this price point.
An Android and iOS app is available to download and has editing tools as well as one-click sharing to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Weighing in at just 140g, the DokiCam is light but packs a punch on the MBY Cool 50. With a price tag lower than many other hand-held cams yet still offering quality shooting options, the DokiCam is a solid choice for customers who don’t want to spend a fortune but want to be able to record fun recreational and holiday video and stills.
