Essex-based brokerage Boats.co.uk has tripled its Mallorca charter fleet, adding a Fairline Squadron 65 and a Fairline Targa 62GT
One year after entering the Mallorca charter boats market, Boats.co.uk has expanded its range of Fairline models available to hire.
The Essex-based brokerage (formerly known as Essex Boat Yards) has added a Fairline Squadron 65 and a Fairline Targa 62GT (pictured above) to its burgeoning Mallorca charter fleet.
Both vessels will be based at Port Petit Marina in Cala D’Or and daily prices start at £4,000 for the Targa 62GT and £5,000 for the Squadron 65.
James Barke, managing director of Boats.co.uk, explained his decision to triple the Mallorca charter fleet, saying: “We had an amazing first season and following interest we have grown the business to meet the demand for availability throughout the summer season.”
All charter bookings are overseen by local agent Fairline Cala d’Or, who can offer guidance on suitable destinations and local weather patterns.
Mallorca charter options
As well as the two new arrivals, the Boats.co.uk Mallorca charter fleet also includes Relax, a Fairline Targa 47 that is available to hire from £800 per day.
(As an added incentive, anyone who buys a boat through Boats.co.uk within six months of chartering Relax can get a large discount on their purchase price.)
But those with a more substantial charter budget may choose to plump for Charlestown II, which is the first Fairline Squadron to join the collection.
Measuring in a just under 67ft LOA, this flybridge cruiser (pictured above) can hit a top speed of 32 knots, thanks to its twin 575hp CAT C18 engines.
On-board luxuries include air conditioning, satellite TV, and a Seakeeper Gyro 9 stabiliser to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep at anchor.
The minimum booking period on Charlestown II is four days and hiring a professional skipper is mandatory, which brings the total cost of a Mallorca charter on this vessel to more than £27,000, including fuel and VAT.
