MBY editor Hugo Andreae is in Germany snapping all the latest models to launch at Boot Dusseldorf 2015
Europe’s biggest boat show is underway, with 1,600 exhibitors taking part in Boot Dusseldorf 2015 until Sunday (25 January).
And of course MBY editor Hugo Andreae is there to get the scoop on all the latest models to be unveiled.
German boatbuilder Bavaria is leading up the launches with the all-new Sport 450 Coupe, which has been accompanied by the announcement of a new Bavaria motorcat.
Elsewhere French manufacturer Jeanneau has been showing off its new Leader 36 model, which features an intriguing open saloon, with no bulkhead separating the dining area from the double berth in the bows.
Other notable models on show include the new Azimut Atlantis 43, Monte Carlo 6, Nimbus 305 Coupe, Steeler Panorama, Marex 375, Axopar 28 Open and Hunton XRS52 (sadly only there in model form).
But perhaps the most exciting launch is the Anglo-German union that is the Sealine C330, the Bill Dixon-designed, Hanse-built follow-up to the S330.
Hugo’s full report from the Dusseldorf show will be published in the April edition of Motor Boat & Yachting.
