The outboard-powered Invictus 240FX will be available as both an open boat and a bimini-covered fishing boat when it launches in September
Invictus Yacht has revealed details of its latest model, the Invictus 240FX, which will be unveiled at this year’s Cannes Yachting Festival. As a follow-up to last year’s 270FX, the smaller will also feature a practical helm station and a sporty hull.
Two versions will be offered (Leisure and Fishing), with the former sporting a C-shaped wrap of bowrider seating and a convertible aft bench that can be turned into a sunpad.
In fishing mode, the Invictus 240FX will feature a bare bow, softop bimini, four fishing rod holders, bait box and wash-down station. Buyers will be able to pick and choose aspects of each style to suit their needs.
Below decks a small cuddy cabin comes with an optional heads compartment, although this is designed more for getting changed rather than staying the night.
Engine options are yet to be revealed, but if it’s anything like the Invictus 280TT that we tested last year, performance will be impressive with highly responsive handling.
Designed in collaboration with Christian Grande, the Invictus 240FX will be unveiled in September at the 2016 Cannes Yachting Festival.
Based in the Calabria region of Southern Italy, Invictus Yacht builds motor boats ranging from 19ft to 29ft. To see more pictures of the Invictus 240FX, click on the slide show below:
