Haines 26: Entry-level model to launch in May

The Norfolk yard has announced that it will be launching the Haines 26 in May, which will act as a new entry-level model for the range

Haines Marine has released details of its upcoming new model, the Haines 26, which is due to be launched in May.

This four-berth aft-cockpit model will measure 26ft in length, have a beam of 10’6” and an air draught of less than 7ft, making it suitable for exploring the inland waterways.

Justin Haines, director and general manager of Haines Marine, explained the thinking behind the launch of the Haines 26:

“There is demand for both quality and functionality in the smaller boat market. Within the 26ft of this new motor cruiser, a family of four could sleep in four dedicated berths, six adults could comfortably dine, or a group of eight could have a very sociable day out on the water.”

The layout includes a raised helm station aft, bow-end cabin, starboard dinette that can be converted into two further berths, heads compartment, and amidships galley with a 49l fridge.
