Fairline has confirmed that the Targa 53GT will be making its public debut at the Southampton Boat Show, alongside four other models from the range
Fairline Boats has confirmed its line-up for the 2015 Southampton Boat Show (11-20 September), including the all-new Fairline Targa 53GT (pictured above).
We first learned about the development of the Targa 53GT back in January, when the original plans were unveiled at the 2015 London Boat Show.
A few more details have now emerged, including the choice of two shaft-driven engines from Volvo and Cummins.

Below decks, Fairline will be fitting the Targa 53GT with a full-beam master cabin, a VIP double in the bows and a versatile twin cabin to port, as well as an optional crew quarters in the transom.
Other key features include large hull windows and a fully submersible bathing platform in the rear.
Oliver Taylor, marketing manager at Fairline Boats, said of the new arrival: “The Targa 53GT epitomises Fairline’s British craftsmanship and technical excellence.
“With its iconic design, elegant styling and flexibility in spacious accommodation, we anticipate it becoming a class leader.”
He added that the Southampton Boat Show debut preceeds the new model’s US debut at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show (November 5-9).
In addition to the announcement, Fairline also confirmed its full line-up for the 2015 Southampton show, which is as follows:
