Advance ticket sales up 33% on last London Boat Show
It’s hard to believe but in just a few weeks, the doors to the London Boat Show, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2014, will be opening.
According to the British Marine Federation (BMF), advanced ticket sales are up 33% on last year, while 90% of its exhibitor space has already been booked. Starting early this year on Saturday 4 January, the show will be open for nine days, giving the public two weekends to make the trip to London’s ExCeL.
A total of 66 boats will be launched at the show, with 10 world-debut unveilings, including the Sunseeker 75 Yacht, Bayliner 742 and Jetten 50 MPC.
Also at the show will be the Classic Motor Boat Association (Stand G110), which will be displaying a member’s 1957 Broads-built Albatross, which will be sure to attract plenty of visitors.
London Boat Show tickets start at £10 in advance on the Monday to Wednesday, or £16 for a weekend, and £20 for on the gate.
