Get it right and life is good, get it wrong and the whole day can be ruined. We reviewed 14 websites in the <span style="font-weight: bold;">April 2013 issue of MBM</span>, but have brought you the ones we thought worked best.<br><br><a href="http://www.motorboatsmonthly.co.uk/news/533882/10-weather-rules-every-boater-should-know">Read our '10 weather rules every boater should know' feature</a><img src="http://www.mby.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/18/2013/05/BBC_weather.jpg"><h2>BBC weather website</h2>The <span style="font-weight: bold;">BBC weather website </span>is simple and easy to use. The basic weather tells you the temperature and if its raining or not, but under the marine section it is fairly detailed, giving coastal reports of the UK all the way down to Spain. <br><a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/" target="_blank">www.bbc.co.uk/weather</a><br><br><a href="http://www.motorboatsmonthly.co.uk/news/533882/10-weather-rules-every-boater-should-know">Read our '10 weather rules every boater should know' feature</a><img src="http://www.mby.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/18/2013/05/magic_seaweed.jpg"><h2>magic seaweed weather website</h2>At first <span style="font-weight: bold;">Magic Seaweed</span> it could be seen to be where to buy the latest fashion, but it is actually a <span style="font-weight: bold;">weather website</span>. Once we explored all the features, we actually really liked it. The colourful and detailed diagrams allow the user to find what theyre looking for at a glance. Even the biggest technophobes will be able to work it.<br><a href="http://magicseaweed.com/">www.magicseaweed.com</a><br><br><a href="http://www.motorboatsmonthly.co.uk/news/533882/10-weather-rules-every-boater-should-know">Read our '10 weather rules every boater should know' feature</a><img src="http://www.mby.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/18/2013/05/Met_office_homepage.jpg"><h2>Met office weather website</h2>The <span style="font-weight: bold;">Met Office</span> is often the first port of call for weather watchers, offering the basic inland forecast as well as a shipping forecast. It clearly displays the pressure, visibility, sea state and wind for a large area, such as Biscay.<br><a href="http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/" target="_blank">www.metoffice.gov.uk</a><br><br><a href="http://www.motorboatsmonthly.co.uk/news/533882/10-weather-rules-every-boater-should-know">Read our '10 weather rules every boater should know' feature</a><img src="http://www.mby.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/18/2013/05/irish_met_office.jpg"><h2>irish met office weather website</h2>When cruising offshore, its always worth looking at whats around the corner. If youre heading away from the Welsh coast, then check the<span style="font-weight: bold;"> Irish Met Office</span> to see what weather is doing. Its a good way of fairly accurately seeing what will happen a few hours later. Its a good site to start with too, although get familiar with it at home as it may confuse you if you view it on a phone/tablet.<br><a href="http://www.met.ie/" target="_blank">www.met.ie</a><br><br><a href="http://www.motorboatsmonthly.co.uk/news/533882/10-weather-rules-every-boater-should-know">Read our '10 weather rules every boater should know' feature</a><img src="http://www.mby.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/18/2013/05/passage1.jpg"><h2>Passage finder weather website</h2>We liked this website,<span style="font-weight: bold;"> Passage Finder</span>, it offers weather forecasts for almost the entire world, which can be narrowed down to the UK. Select between visibility, wind, sea temperature and wave information. You can also download the data to look at when you havent got internet access.<br><a href="http://www.passageweather.com/" target="_blank">www.passageweather.com</a><br><br><a href="http://www.motorboatsmonthly.co.uk/news/533882/10-weather-rules-every-boater-should-know">Read our '10 weather rules every boater should know' feature</a><img src="http://www.mby.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/18/2013/05/Screen_shot_2013_02_21_at_14.40.55.jpg"><h2>Weather Web site</h2><span style="font-weight: bold;">Weather Web </span>is BBC weatherman Simon Keeling's own website (Simon was the advisor for the full <span style="font-weight: bold;">Weather Watch feature in the April 2013 issue of MBM</span>).
